I hired Resume Doctors to update my resume. My first meeting was supposed to be to look over examples, and then get back to *****. **** (her assistant) said I needed to pay now for the service. I asked her if she had Square. ***** said I could pay that way. She didn't. I had $200 cash that I gave her (no receipt). **** texted the following day to ***** her the balance. I did. Still no receipt. 3/1/23 - I asked if she received my e-mail from 2/27 - she said she hadn't. Asked where I sent it. Sent pic of her business card. Asked for me to send again. Never received 3/1 e-mail from her. Let her know I was concerned. She said she accidentally deleted it.3/26 - I will have it the next day. 3/31 she says she hasn't heard from me. I tell her I never received it. 4/1 has IT look at server. 4/4 I get resume. Happy with work. 4/8 I send back and ask for updates. 5/7 I send e-mail that I never received updates. 5/17 I send another e-mail that I never received updates. 5/17 Response. She thought she sent it. 6/9 I send e-mail that I still have never received anything. 6/9 responded. Asks for my address to send an *** drive. She is setting up another e-mail. I give it to her my address. 7/10 I send e-mail that I still have not received the *** or the e-mail. She responds that she will have **** deliver the *** that day, but I am out of own. I let her know I will be in town on 7/14 about noon. 7/14 I texted her I will be in town about noon. She is busy and can't meet, but will have **** drive by my house and drop it off by my door. Never happened. I have (7) outdoor cameras. I stopped communicating.PLEASE NOTE - These are all text conversations that I have copies of. Very little done by e-mail since it never seemed to work.I just want an e-mail update and the *** drive in a word format. That is all!Customer response

On August 5 at 10:55am, ***** at Resume Doctor's reached out to me via text. She stated her assistant **** had an emergency which is why she was unable to drop the *** drive by. She stated she was going to retry mailing it to me. She has a new software/postage company. I am still waiting for the *** drive to resolve the complaint. I just wanted to keep you updated.

****, has been emailed his documents several times. We shipped him a USB 2 different times to him. I have told him he can come pick up a copy as he lives less than 5 miles down the road. I will send him a 3rd USB on Friday and hope it gets to him. I've asked to double check the address ge gave, which he has not. He hasn't been in contact with me unless I've initiated the communication. I'm quite frustrated as I've never had this kind of experience before running this business.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I have attached the text that I received from ***** after you contacted her. I also have a voicemail very much like the text. ***** is deflecting. I still have not received what I was promised, which was a copy of the resume on a *** drive. ***** states that she has mailed the *** two times. However, presents no documentation of this. Did she try to send Certified Return Receipt? Did she not have mail costs associated with it? Did she receive the *** returned to her undeliverable by the post office? Her last response to me that her Assistant **** would drop it by, then she had an emergency and couldn't do it. It is not my responsibility to drive over to her office to get something that was promised to be sent to me. Moreover, when I have more time (I travel for work and had 7 days to respond), I would love to go through my cache of received e-mails. Does she have copy of the e-mails she says she has sent it (dated)? She continuously blamed Server issues and was going to have an IT person look into it. However, now she says she is sending it a 3rd time and I still have not received it. There's been a multitude of reasons why she has not delivered it to me and now I'm hearing that it's mail issues.
