      This company has given me the run around and will not issue a refund after saying they would. I've been waiting and emailing, but either nobody responds or they just say they'll "get back to me". Please see the attached email trail.

      I placed an order July 10 and received it July 17 and reached out to the company and told them I wanted to return.I was not happy with their product after I received it and according to their website, you can return their product. I wanted a full refund to return the product. They did not want me to return it and offered for me to keep it and refund me 20%. I told them no then they offered me 30% and for me to keep it and I told them no again and then they offered me 50%, and keep it. I told them no I wanted a full refund and they finally agreed to it on July 26th and after being emailed by 3 separate employees. I mailed it back July 27th with **** and had to pay for shipping. I gave heyshape the tracking number which they told me to give them and they would send me a refund. Its been two weeks and they have not sent me my refund or provided any additional communication.

      I purchased 4 bodysuits on 6/2 the total transactions was $103.29. I used ****** to pay for my transaction.Order #******* I received my items on 6/20 tried 1 on didnt like it and decided to return all of them. Their website states they take returns. My 1st email to them was on the same day 6/20 to start the return process.I received an email back the same day discouraging the return and they would offer a 20% credit back and to keep the items. I emailed again on 6/21 I wanted to return them, to which the again discouraged and offered the 20% credit.On 6/26 I emailed again about the return they offered 35% credit. I emailed back since I had no choice and they wont let me return.On 7/7 & 7/10 I emailed because I had seen no credit yet and that I really just wanted to return them.On 7/11 I filed a complaint with ****** and right after that Heyshape sent me an offer of 50% credit or the address to return and still discouraged. I returned the items the next day. Tracking # ********************** They received it on 7/22 On 7/26 & 7/31 I emailed the tracking number to them.I have sent numerous emails since asking about my refund and they keep telling me they forwarded to finance and are looking into it.

      On 6/10/24 I placed Order #******* with HeyShape. When I received the items I ordered I immediately tried them on and both were unwearable even though I had ordered my exact size/measurements and the black bodysuit I ordered looked NOTHING like the item they advertise on their site. I contacted HeyShape requesting a return form so that I could send the items back for a full refund. Their policy is that items must be returned within 14 days. They kept jerking me around offering partial refunds and telling me I could keep the items and after several weeks of back and forth through email I finally got them to send me the return form and the agreement was that I would receive a FULL refund. I received an email yesterday confirming they had received my return shipment and stating that they had processed a PARTIAL refund. I want a FULL REFUND as agreed upon. The items were returned unworn and in their original packaging as stated in their return policy. This company is so SHADY. I want my FULL refund back ASAP and I wish this company could be shutdown permanently. What a scam.

      1. Ordered 2 items online on 6/15 2. Items delivered 6/27 3. Emailed requesting a return and refund on 7/1. No response, emailed also 7/5 (2x) and 7/9. Got response on 7/15 offering partial refund, declined asked for full refund and return. Offered a larger partial refund on 7/19, declined and asked for full refund and return. 4. I followed up on 7/22 and 7/25 since I had not heard back. They answered on 7/25 I was not eligible for a return as it had been over 14 days since my order was delivered. Per their policy, returns must be confirmed and shipped with a return sheet in the package, which I never received, so I never sent the items. 5. As of today 8/2, still have not heard back from the company after saying I would be reporting them if the issue was not resolved. I have all of this in writing in emails I can provide as well.       I made an order with Hey Shape on 7/21/24. This company is supposed to be based out of ****** per their website. I have yet to receive my order and it still says processing and it is in *****. This is not a company out of ******! Its a **************** Ive contacted their email customer service several times and never heard back. I want my money returned as I was scammed into thinking I was buying from an **************** and have yet to receive my merchandise which was suppose to arrive by now. Apparently it is sitting in a facility in *****!

      On July 10th I ordered two bodysuits thinking they would slim me down while wearing them as they claim they would. I used ****** to order. I checked that there was a refund policy in place before ordering. I received the product on the 19th. I tried it on with the tags still attached and never even buttoned them as I noticed they did not do as they claimed they would I immediately put them with tags still on back in the original packaging. I then followed the directions to email and request a full refund. They replied offering me 20% refunded or a different size exchange. I replied that neither would work as I would not wear the product since it doesn't not do what it should. I would prefer a full refund. Then waited with no reply and emailed two more times. Still no reply so I emailed the original email address again stating I'd like a refund. They sent me the exact same offer again. I kindly declined and asked for steps for a full refund and have been ignored again. I would like to send the product back for my refund of $59.27. I have attached all my emails the transaction through ****** and their refund policy as well.

      I purchased two shapewear items and they shipped within a week. But when they arrived, the items were too big and so I tried to contact the business several times to try to get an exchange for the same items but in a smaller size. I tried one email address and no one ever answered me, then I found another email and one person answered but claimed to not find my order number. He wanted me to send him the email showing the purchase confirmation. I forwarded that email to him and then he finally told me that in order to initial an exchange, I had to contact a different email. I did and within 24 hours, a so called ********* responded and wanted my full name, order number and address. I did. and it's been almost two days and nothing from her either. I feel like I'm just getting the run around. At this point, I would like to return them and get a refund.

      Ordered 4 items which was shipped and delivered to me but I never got it. Have been going back and forth with the company for a refund and they refuse too. They are blaming the shipping company and the shipping company is pointing the finger at them. It has been a month of a lot of back and forth and I just want a refund at the point in time.

      I placed an order through Heyshape in the amount of $168.67 USD on June 9 2024 for 6 items. One of the items appears to be flawed and requested a replacement for the item within the ******************************************************************************************************************************************************** if I dont hear back from them within 24 hours. They sent me this several times and I have replied back after waiting 24 hours that I still have not heard back.
