Wolcott plumbing was called due to a leaking hose bib near the handle on July 10, 2024.Wolcott plumbing came out and told me they could not repair the existing hose bib, which I learned was a lie, They proceeded to install a new hose bib for $617 which worked for about two months then failed as when I turned water on water spewed out of the hose bib. I contacted them and they told me it was a pressure relief valve failure, without coming to my house to inspect it. They told me they will not replace it and insinuated that I caused the failure and if I wanted it replaced I would have to pay $99 service call plus the cost of a different hose bib for $285 (half price).I dont know how they stay in businessInitial Complaint

I bought a house Oct ****. Wolcott was hired by the previous owners to fix the plumbing out to the street from the house as part of the closing agreement. The old owners paid around 10k. The work receipt is vary vague to the point that that it left enough room to not get a permit. We had the out going black water scoped before the sale. There is no patch. The area the patch is was obviously dug **, and when having some other internal plumbing work done the new company scoped it again. No one else worked on the plumbing. There is a patch that failed and holds water. In the pipes to the street. We started calling In December of ****. The work is supposed to have a 2 year warranty. They continue to "take messages and never call back". "**** is a hard man to get a hold of" I an not help you with that it has to be ***************. I'm at my **** end! The really messed up part is that there wasn't a problem w the part they patched in the original video. I can provide the videos. I just do not have access to them at work.Please help!
