I ordered a case of their kombucha on June 4th. I received and email at 754am on June 5th that the product shipped. Per *** tracking it was due to be delivered on June 6th. No package or *** truck ever came to my home and after 9pm they updated the Tracker stating they attempted to deliver but the business was closed (delivery destination is my home residence not a business). It further stated they would attempt delivery on the 7th. Mind you this is perishable kombucha. When I expressed my concerns that the product didnt arrive on the scheduled date the 6th. The humm representative stated it would still be good for consumption because it was shipped on the 6th when in fact it was shipped on the 5th and the delivery was delayed. Yesterday the 7th I waited for *** to re-attempt delivery but again waited all day and they didnt arrive. I checked the *** tracker and it said they left it on my front door at 851pm. There is no package on my front door and no *** truck stopped last evening. Again Ive emailed humm with my concern and they are completely ignoring me. *** tried to call and only get a busy signal. Ive reported the missing package to ***. Id like humm to do the right thing and refund my $72.00 or ensure a timely replacement order.Customer response
