I purchased tickets for a concert on September 20, 2022 at the amphitheater. Our tickets were for assigned seats with no seats in front of us. When the concert began, multiple people proceeded to stand in front of our seats. I spoke with multiple crowd management staff and was assured they would have the people return to their seats. This never happened. I paid extra money for the tickets to make sure there were no seats in front of us because of difficulty standing for long periods of time. The tickets were advertised as being in the front row with no seats between them and the stage. I called the box office and was told that it didn't matter because they allow people to stand in the front which was not stated when the tickets were purchased. They offered no compensation. I was stepped on during the concert by people standing in front of my seat and was unable to see the stage at all. Again, I paid more for these seats specifically so no one would be in front of us. The tickets were fraudulently advertised as being front row, assigned seats.Initial Complaint

Hello I called Les Schwab's Ticket Mill in the Old Mill in ****. I spoke to a young lady on Tuesday the 16th and requested to buy two tickets to Old Dominion concert for Saturday the 21st of August. The clerk asked me different questions and then requested my credit card number, so proceeded to give it to her. He then said it didn't go through and I needed to give it to her again. I said no because I was at my laptop and my bank account said there was a hold on my account for ****** for **** Concerts .com. She stated that she had a computer glitch in the morning and that this had happened before and not to worry about. Next day my account was debited for 130. i said could i talk to the manager she said no I cant give out that info. I said please have her call me. No call back, and think this has happened to more people then myself. I'm concerned because they still haven't refunded my money today Aug 26, 2021. I have sent proof to Les Schwab's **************** and sent it to ****.
