I am confused a bout my relationship with mid Oregon credit union.I have an account with mocu. But my account has been frozen for over 45 days.**** has allowed a business withdraw a payment from my frozen account which has zero dollars Now I am receiving notice to settle my account which also has a overdrawn fee included.Reaching outInitial Complaint

Deposited a check into account in Saturday. Hold my check for over 24 hrs now. Have never held the check this long. Stated if my account has any transactions and it goes negative they will charge me 27 fee if my account goes negative. This bank has already charged me probably **** dollar in fees this year. Due to holds etc. In my opinion they are just holding the check to make money from me and my poor working class.Initial Complaint

I opened up an account at mid Oregon credit Union and I tried to deposit a 3rd party check that I was not told that I could not do there and after supposedly closing my account And thmn telling me that they would not cash the check at all.. However I went to get a new bank account and and try to deposit the check. After I tried to deposit it the 2nd time I got a call from the accounting department from from where the check was issued from and said that mid Oregon had cashed the check and had the money when I went back and tried to get my money from mid Oregon they're telling me that they will not give me the money at 1st they told me that they didn't have it it took a long time before they actually admitted that they had the money. Also the 3rd party check was issued to my girlfriend's mother which gave me permission to cash it in my bank account. And now mid Oregon will not give me my money unless ***** the person whom the check was issued comes and gets it out of the bank but they live in another state so that is not possible. The account holder is me ******************************* and they still Will not issue me the money. When I tried to have the check reissued they told me that I can't because mid Oregon had already cashed it and that they have the money. Mid Oregon hasn't tried to work with me once to help me get my money out of the bank account and is now holding it hostage. Everyone I spoke to there was extremely rude and didn't care and it took almost a month later for them to even admit that they had the money in the 1st place.
