Please note the business is primarily online so address/phone may be incorrect/out of date. Email is best way to get in touch with Pokemart USA.Pokemart USA has a process where you send them pokemon cards and they pay out via Paypal based on pre determined rates, depending on the type of card. Their form can be found via ******* as one of the top search results. About a month or two ago the submission page was supposed to be hidden everywhere, though it was not hidden from ******* and is still not hidden from ******* Store owner/management has become unresponsive, after saying they would pay me out on October 16 2022 (see email conversation). I am asking for 10% less payout than the advertised rate, as a courtesy to the business. As stated in the customer complaint, the product he sent to us using our bulk program for payout, was done so using an invalid link which he was somehow able to access to create a submission. Both at the time of his submission, as well as currently, we are not accepting any bulk at this time. As directly stated in our bulk FAQ, there is no estimated turnaround time for payouts and considering we are already swamped with bulk management, we informed the customer that we would make an acception to accepting his bulk, with the expectations that there would be no estimated payout date as delays were to be expected due to our submissions being closed from high demand. If the customer would like us to ship his cards back to him, we will gladly do so if he no longer wants to keep waiting. Otherwise, we will try our best to process the submission under the circumstances of the improper submission. Please let us know what we can do to help best resolve this conflict in a professional manner.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Pokemart USA may keep my cards and process/send payout when they are able to.
