My husband and I were accused and charged with smoking in our hotel room during our stay at the Best Western Plus Bend North hotel on October 20-October 22. We are both non-smokers and left the room is a tidy manner upon leaving. Trash was put in trash cans, used towels were gathered and placed in the tub, refrigerator was cleaned out and all the surfaces were wiped clean. I don't know what happened after we checked out but I do know that were are non-smokers. Also we had our 12 year old daughter who stayed the entire time with us and our 17 year old who visited with us at the hotel for part of the day on October 21st. They are both witnesses to the fact that we don't smoke nor ever have. I just want a refund for obvious wrongful charges. I have contacted the hotel on several occasions to speak with a manager and I've been given the run around. I have called 3 times in 2 days so far and keep being told that the manager is not there and to call back. The hotel has no proof that we were the one's that actually smoked in the room and we have witnesses. We know that this a fraudulent accusation, because this did not happen when we were guests there. We just want the charges reversed on our credit card. Thank you
