I had a confirmed reservation B4MR4305 at Budget Inn Bend from 2/1-2/29/24 which I prepaid $1024. When I showed up to check in, they demanded $100 cash cleaning deposit and refused to give me a receipt. They then told me animals weren't allowed even though their website said Pet Friendly and their reservation line said pets were $20 a night. When I questioned him, the man said I don't like you, I won't rent to you. I asked for my money back and he said **** business days for a refund. Since the hotel had all my money and I have a 2 month old baby, I had no where to go. I would like my money back and a warning to an potential renters that they do not honor confirmations.Initial Complaint

I booked a stay at the Budget inn in **** ****** for December 4th through the 9th.The place was filthy. They did not clean it. There was broken drug paraphernalia on the bathroom floor. The bedding had stains on it, God only knows what it was. There was no microwave to cook my food. The t.v had basic cable with horrible reception. There are a bunch of crackheads all around in and out of the place 24/7. Very noisy place. I couldn't sleep hardly all week. When I tried to talk to the manager about the microwave he just laughed at me. And when I went to talk to them about getting my deposit refunded they said no because I had left a bad review online. They sent there teenage son out to talk to me about it.all he kept saying was he will give me the refund after I deleted the review. They all have horrible attitudes. I fallowed all there rules and was a good quiet tenant. No damages or anything.
