              10/27/2021 dropped my car off for warranty repair that was supposed to be done the following day. They still have my vehicle as of 1/27/2022. The engine was put back together wrong requiring repair. They also damaged the hood requiring repair. I've asked to be bought out at fair price which they offered well below value. I was told last week again the car would be done this week. Now I call and am told still working on, waiting for more parts. I'm beyond frustrated, I want the car fixed and returned. I have spoken to a lawyer but am being told I have no action as long as they fix the car.

              I took my 2022 Subaru Forester to Subaru of Bend for oil change and tire rotation 10/16/23.When I pick-up my vehicle the paper work was completed and I paid for the service.The exact verbiage on the invoice was "Checked cabin air filter and engine air filter all fluids topped off washer fluid and coolant". The cabin filter had leaf's and other tree materials on it.The air filter has small grains of sand and twigs on it. The window washer fluid container was so empty I could not see anything. I took pictures and sent them to Subaru of Bend.
