Although the school is recommended by many and comes with decades of experience, it is certainly a far cry from expectations. Much like the other reviews here I received my course and began working through the material only to be disappointed in the lack of a response from the school. They promised a correspondence course and I was met with a full inbox and no response from emails. When I was ordering the course ***** was quick to answer a phone call or return an email but once my money was collected it was radio silence. The course comes with a lot of information but it is extremely dated and convoluted. Its confusing to find references and many of the books are on third and fourth editions with the courses page numbers not corresponding to the right sections anymore. I recommend finding a modern piano tuning course done by someone younger online. There are some other promising piano tuning correspondence courses online with video instruction. I dont believe that ***** ever intended for this to be a scam or as frustrating as this has become but they should retire and stop the farce at this point because their heart is not in it and it has ruined an opportunity for me and, based on the other reviews here, many others as well.
