I'm so sorry to hear about Mr. ***********'s experience, however this complaint is not against Pahlisch Homes. Mr. Yanpolskikh is referring to Pahlisch Commercial which is a completely separate company with different ownership, management and contractor's license. ********************** is not building on Beavercreek Road or in ***********.

      RE: ******************** Complaint ID: ********

      To whom it may concern,
This is a response to a Better Business Bureau complaint ID: ******** where claimant is citing vehicle
damage due to road conditions near one of our construction projects.
In summary, Pahlisch Commercial has generously paid out-of-pocket for the claimants tire and wheel
repairs to date. We have confirmed there was cautionary road signage in place at the time of the
incident; regardless, we agreed to pay for repairs to one tire and rim as shown in photos provided by the
claimant upon initial contact. The claimant then presented us with an estimate to replace all four tires
and rims. We accepted estimates and receipts from claimant, and we paid for four new rims/tires in the
amount of $1,925.90. The claimant then requested a rental car to drive while waiting on repairs, which
we also agreed to pay for in the amount of $1,106.07. The claimant then submitted a handwritten
estimate on a Post It note to request reimbursement for wheel alignment and other miscellaneous parts
and serviceswhich they had paid in ****** the amount of $1,220.00.
The claimant refused to sign a Waiver and Release after the rim and tire replacements were completed
and the rental car was paid for. We declined to reimburse claimant for the wheel alignment, as it was
not agreed upon in advance and there was no acceptable proof of payment. We believe we have been
more than generous in paying for the four new tires and rims when only one was damaged, as well as
covering the rental car. We suggested to the claimant that they file an ************** with their insurance
company if they wish to pursue anything further.

Below is a summary timeline of events and our numerous interactions with the claimant toward
resolution. Numerous attachments to this letter are included in support of our efforts.
On the date of the claimants incident, there was active road work underway during daytime hours. This
work was being done under a Traffic Control Plan (see attached) approved by Clackamas County and
ODOT standards. The signage shown on the attached was required to be left in place for the duration of
      work between 08.22.2022 to 08.27.2022.
Timeline of events and efforts toward resolution:

Timeline of events and efforts toward resolution:
08.29.2022 The claimant made contact with Pahlisch Commercial, notifying us of vehicle
damage and a potential claim. We requested clearer documents as well as their license,
      registration and insurance information.
09.12.2022 Photos of the damage were received. It was determined from photos provided by
the claimant that one rim and one tire were damaged.
10.03.2022 An estimate for damages was received from ******************* that included four rims and
four tires. According to the claimant and *******************, these additional rims and tires were
necessary due to the late model of the vehicle and matching rims not being available.
10.04.2022 An additional damage estimate from Discount Tires was received from the claimant
and we authorized to move forward.
10.07.2022 A rental car was approved for one week, to be paid for by claimant and reimbursed
      by Pahlisch Commercial.
10.10.2022 The damage invoice for four rims and four tires was paid directly to Discount Tires in
      *********** by Pahlisch Commercial.
10.17.2022 The rental car invoice was received from claimant. In addition, claimant sent a
handwritten alignment estimate for $1,220.00 for alignment and other miscellaneous parts and
      services. See attached.
10.21.2022 Pahlisch Commercial sent a Waiver and Release to claimant for four rims, four tires,
installation labor, and reimbursement for the rental car. The handwritten alignment estimate
was rejected. Claimant was notified that a new alignment estimate would be considered if it was
not handwritten and included the letterhead, address and contact information of a verifiable
      auto repair shop.
10.22.2022 Claimant stated that handwritten estimates should be considered legitimate, and we
should have expected additional costs for alignment after the first rim/tire replacement was
      completed.
10.22.202211.23.2022 Multiple calls, texts, and emails were received from claimant requesting
Pahlisch Commercials upper management contacts, insurance agent contacts, insurance
documents, and our attorneys contact information.
11.23.2022 Pahlisch Commercial informed claimant that we would block harassing text/phone
contact from claimant and sent an email stating that all correspondence will need to be written
through email for the remainder of this process.
12.12.2022 A new alignment estimate from *************** & Wheels was received for
$1,220.00, which appears to include more than just wheel alignment. Wheel alignment typically
      costs only $100 to $168.
12.14.2022 The new alignment estimate above was rejected by Pahlisch Commercial.
12.21.2022 Claimant again requested contacts for PCI upper management, insurance agents,
      and attorneys.
12.22.2022 Claimant was instructed to file a loss claim with their auto insurance company if they
wished to pursue the matter further and we would put the insurance company representatives
      in touch with each other.

For BBB records, please note that Pahlisch Commercial, Inc. is a separate business entity from Pahlisch
Homes, **** Please direct any further communication on this matter to ***************************, Director of
      Construction for Pahlisch Commercial, Inc.
Thank you for your careful review and consideration in this matter.
