I paid for two months of classes and was turned down as I came in for my daughters sessions today. I asked for a refund and was cursed at and told since we didnt respond back to a text message, that we are no longer enrolled in class and another person is now in her spot. I would like a refund for the classes I never received but had to paid for.

      Business response

      01/26/2022

Two weeks ago this person was asked to pay her past due balance. She was rude to the staff member and refused to pay. Then the following week she didnt show up to ******s, didnt send a message about not coming, and didnt respond to our message to her about not coming to ******s. We then filled her spot for this week as not paying and then not showing up made it appear that she had no plans on paying her **** and wasnt going to continue to come. She then showed up yesterday and when I told her I wasnt expecting to see her she immediately started cursing and using the * word repeatedly in front of her own daughter and two others that were under 2 years old. We are a child centered place of business and dont allow that kind of behavior or language. When I told her we dont use those words here she made sure to use them more and louder. As I took the other two children up the ramp to their ****** she began to yell at my other instructor who was in the pool teaching a 4 year old and again she continued to use the * word loudly and proudly. I told my other instructor to ignore her and this lady continued to yell. When I got out of the pool later that day I saw that she had decided to pay her past due balance plus $60. I immediately refunded the $60 and sent her an email stating she was no longer allowed in our business and that I had sent a $60 refund back to her and had only kept the past due balance that she had owed. I also then had to reach out to the other parents whose children were subjected to witnessing that behavior and apologize that they had to see it. They all responded that they were just sorry I had to deal with that and couldnt believe an adult would act like that. We will 100% never allow an out of control person in our building around small children.
