My wife and I hired *********************************, owner of Travel Bugz LLC, to plan our honeymoon in *****. Throughout the vacation, we were plagued with issues due to Christene's incompetence - including ********* not paying vendors, impossible scheduling leading to missed excursions, and excursions that were paid for but did not appear on our itinerary. Overall, there were at least 4 outstanding issues that we required credit for. They were as follows:- A tour that was booked by ********* but was not on our itinerary that we paid for and did not attend. $244.49 - A tour that was booked by ********* and then later rescheduled (by *********) to a time that overlapped with travel time, making it impossible to attend. $106.30 - A transfer that was canceled due to Christene's non-payment, that we had to pay for out of pocket. $150 - A last minute cancelation of an excursion by the tour itself. $372.05 Total: $850.40.All of these were already paid for. After our return, we contacted ********* for a credit. She agreed and then stopped responding. We hired an attorney, who made attempts to contact her (mail, email, phone). ********* then contacted us by email agreeind to credit us again. And again, she disappeared without refunding us.
