We are sorry to hear about this. This customer was a very good friend. Yes, we installed a pond pump *****. Initial invoice was for $906.85, credit and check sent for $673.56. Amount actually paid by this customer was $233.29, Therefore we cannot reimburse him an additional $906.85.
At the time he requested service for the installed pond pump, we were ****** busy with people who did not have drinking water. It has always been our policy to get water to people first. Water is a life necessity.
We have already bent over backwards helping this friend, we do not normally work on pond pumps, only well pumps.

I am rejecting this response because: This is the kind of response I would expect from some who does not stand behind their work. This has been a nightmare and keeps me up at night. When I called ************ had one problem the pump was not circulating water to the pond. I wanted a new pump, ***** took it upon himself to put a new motor on the old pump and it failed in a few months. The money I received back was for that motor.After making several calls and waiting almost a month he put in a new pump. After a few months the pump failed and when I sent an email I was told to call someone else. So basically I had one problem and paid twice less the refund on the first motor. I am out $1285 and still don't have a working pump. Plus he drove off my driveway caused damage the first time and the second time he turned off power that went to another circuit and I had to call a contractor.

We know this pond with your Koi is very important to you, that is why when we were so busy taking care of people who had no water we asked you to contact a plumber. Since we did not hear back from you the issues must have been addressed.
We assume the pump is fixed and working because the first thing we would have heard is something is wrong with the fish instead of marks on the edge of the driveway.
No refund is necessary - the pump is working.

I am rejecting this response because: The person sending this response does not understand the situation. The situation is simple. I purchased a pump from ***** installed by ***** that had a 1 year warranty (I have it in writing). The pump stopped working within the warranty period and when I contacted *****'s pumps I was told to call someone else.Bottom line, I paid twice to fix one problem and I am out roughly $1285 and still do not have a working pump. This just isn't right

Wish this could have been handled differently since this was a good friend. The company spent several visits to this customers site without charging as he was a friend. 'Told to call someone else' is out of context. We could not provide service to you in a timely manner for your Koi. We had too many PEOPLE who did not have water. People without water take precedence over KOI. We were trying to get your situation resolved by asking you to call a plumber as we were not able to respond that day. Since we never heard back we feel you had the situation fixed. We have responded for the last time.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: ***** is not responding to this complaint and this person is just side stepping the issue. The issue is I had a pump failure with in the warranty period and when I notified ************ was told to call someone elseI am trying to make this right, I have paid twice to fix one problem and still have the problem. *****'s pumps seem to be in it only for the money and care nothing about right or wrong
