I took my computer and phone in for repair. I was told they would be ready in 24 hours. I went back 24 hours later but they were not ready. I told them I would not be able to come up soon because I live nearly two hours from the business. I returned three weeks later and my devices were not there. They told me they had taken them to storage in Salem because it had been two weeks since I came in (this in spite of my telling them I live far away). No one called or informed me. They told me they would bring them to my house on a Monday. They never arrived or called. I called and they said they would bring them on Wednesday. They never arrived or called. I called and they told me they would bring them on a Friday. No one arrived or called. During one of these calls I offered to drive back up to Portland to get them but was assured they would be brought to me, but of course that didnt happen. I cant just go to the business and get them since they are in storage in Salem. I want my computer and phone back. I am considering legal action at this point.Initial Complaint

In June of 2022 I took my laptop into comprite to see why it was not turning on. After giving my laptop them to diagnose the problem they informed me that my battery had gone bad and it need to be replaced. I then agreed to have them replace the battery to get my laptop back in to working condition. A few days later I came back to pick up my laptop and they said cost of the repair would be $235.00. I paid them in full and took my laptop and went home. The next day I stared having troubles with my computer. My mouse pad on my lap top starred to malfunction and eventually stoped working. About a month after my mouse pad stopped working I started having problems with my laptop not turning on again, and eventually my laptop stopped working again bring me back full circle to having a non functional computer.
