Ordered seating parts for my wheelchair the first time and it broke soon after that. Purchased replacement parts. Those broke as well. Was told if it happens again they would work with me on the price of purchasing again. Went to purchase again and they will not sell them to me. Contacted the manufacturer directly of the part and they wanted nothing to do with it either, told me to contact DME Hub.Business response

Our records indicate that you paid $375.00 in January 2020 for an ADI carbon fiber seat base w/mounting hardware and as a result of a website error, you actually received that hardware ($125.00 value) at no cost to you by mistake. After you reported the problem with the hardware to our staff and provided pictures requested by ADI tech support, an ADI carbon fiber seat base expert determined the damage to the hardware was caused by an installation error, not a product defect. However, DME Hub decided to replace the hardware at our expense (another $125.00) as a customer accommodation and even paid for overnight express shipping..
As mentioned in one of our recent mail correspondences with you, DME Hub is no longer selling this wheelchair accessory for the wheelchair make/model you own and we have provided you with a list of authorized dealers who may be able to assist you further. The product you ordered is no longer covered by warranty and we don't find any justification for a refund.
