On March 4, 2024 I visited Texas *********** I paid my $50 copay. On April 4, 2024 I received an email from Texas Med saying that ****************** had denied my claim and that in 10 days they would debit my card $150.On April 4, 2024 I immediately called ****************** and they said that it was a Texas Med error. On the spot they corrected their part and approved claim. They said that Texas Med would be able to see that it was approved and that they would get paid. That same day, I saw the approved EOB online. It says that it was approved in full and that I owed nothing.Today, April 18, 2024 I was debited $150 from Texas ***********Last year the same thing happen. I spent about 2 months and over 15 calls to Texas ********** to finally get them to send me my money back.I guarantee that I will never go to Texas ********** again. This is a very bad practice and very inconvenient for a business to "Steal" money from my account that they are not owed. On April 4 they had proof that I owed nothing. Please help resolve this.

On 9/9/2023, I was feeling badly so I went to Texas ********** for ************* tests. I gave them my United Healthcare ins & paid a co-pay of $75. They verified & accepted my insurance. On 10/10/2023, I received a bill from *********** stated trying to draft $150 every day from my credit card. My card was full at the time. I finally cancelled the card. Texas ********** has kept sending bills and never sent to my insurance.

I went in for a follow up appointment on 2/13/2023 and was charged after the fact WITHOUT MY PERMISSION for $150. I let that go because I owed it for my follow up anyway. My issue is that I have been trying for EIGHT MONTHS to get this $150 taken off of my balance. I have sent in proof, I have emailed, chatted, called for months on end and continue to get the run around. I have been told time and time again that its been escalated and escalated and going up and up the chain and NO ONE KNOWS how to credit me the $150. The billing rep said she and her managers are scratching their head..WHAT!? I just want to pay the remaining $87.60 and move on with my life. It should never be the case that no one knows how to resolve this. I feel this is a tactic to scam me out of $150. Drawing this out as long as possible to keep my money and make me overpay. I spoke to someone today again and they said to call back in ANOTHER THREE WEEKS. This needs to be fixed.

My wife went to Texas MedClinic on 6/29/23. A few weeks later I saw that my debit card was charged $150.00. I went to united health care and saw that my claim was denied. I called and asked why. They said that Texas ********** billed the wrong Tax Id #. Because ********************** ********** was not paid (Because of their own mistake) they billed my card $150.00. I started calling them since July to try to resolve their error. Finally in September they submitted the correct bill to ************* care. I have a *** dated 9/22/23. I have called Texas ********** every week for the last 4 weeks trying to get a refund for the money they took from me. Every time I call, after waiting on hold for ****************************************************************************************************************************** with status. I have been getting this same response for the last month and still nothing and no one gets back to me. According to the *** they were paid in September. I am scared to return to Texas MedClinic. They might make the same mistake again and take another $150 from my account.

I went to the location in ********* Texas on 03/22/2023. Before going I called and spoke with someone and asked if they were still in network with ********** Blue Shield. I was assured that they were. I paid my $50 co-pay. I received a bill dated 04/06/2023 on or about 04/12/2023 for $145.11. On 04/14/2023 my checking account was debited for the amount. I was never even able to dispute the *********************** since they were in network. I tried calling them and was told they would look into it. I told them i wanted my money refunded back to me immediately since it never should have been taken out. I called repeatedly from 04/14/2023 until now and have never received my money back. I was told that they were sending it to another department and someone from that department would call me back. I called almost everyday in the month of May and always was told the same thing - that someone would call me back and never heard from anyone. I called again on July 25th and was told the same thing and asked them how in 2 months no one has been available to call me back. This amount never should have been billed if they were in network. Also, I should have been given time to dispute the charge before they took the money. It was only a few days before my checking account was debited for the money.

In late March of 2023 I visited Texas ********** for a health concern. At the time of visit they accepted my health insurance and charged me a small co-pay which I agreed to and was in line with my coverage. I had decided to go to TMC because it was within my health insurance network. I had called my health insurance provider (Aetna) to confirm this. A week later there was a billing discrepancy and I was charged $150 dollars out of pocket. I contacted my health insurance provider to ask why. The visit was covered under my health insurance policy. I was being WRONGFULLY OVER CHARGED by Texas **********. I am filing this complaint to hold TMC accountable and hopefully receive my $150 refund.
