On May 2nd- 3rd, 2022, I had Paverite USA come to my business to pave my drive way and lay down parking lot lines, the project had lasted 2 full days. I have reached out multiple times through phone , text and email since the driveway has been laid. I spoke with ********** ( the office gal) multiple times to get some one out here to ***** the drive way with the complaints that we had and have them lay down the parking lot lines. I have made many appts for them to come out to my home, either they did not show OR rescheduled from ME calling them asking why they had not come out. I also sent many emails with pictures showing the issues of puddles through out the project. AGAIN never have reponded. I run a daycare business in the home and parents complain of the puddles in the drop off area all the time.Paverite came out to my home finally two weeks ago Jan 16th, to make a plan with me. The owner stated he would send me an email with the plan on Friday and that was NEVER done. I gave him a secondary email to cc in as well so we made sure we got it. The way he was explaining what he would do was just going to cover up the issues rather than fix the whole drive way in its self. Here we are coming up on a year and my parking lines have never been laid along with the driveway not laid and measured out correctly, which has caused waves in the pavement , a long deep standing water through out. There are not slopes for the water to drain because the job was not done correctly from the beginning. I paid a lot of money for my business to have a smooth drive way and the job is not finished to what their business standards say they do. I have videos of the project being done along with ALL emails and correspondence . I have lost trust in this company to do what they say they will do and I want a refund for the job so that I can have it done correctly along with removing the pavement .I have attached ALL emails that I have sent and received from the beginning.Business response

We are aware of ****** complaint and have been trying to do a volentary mediation with ************* on this issue which she has declined .We have since sent another email I will attach directly to her and are awaiting her response.
