              TERRIBLE SERVICE - I WAS CHARGED FOR SERVICES AND TOLD I WAS NOT A DOCTOR, WHEN MY SON HAD AN INFECTED TOE **** THE FEMALE PA WE SAW STATED THAT I WASN'T A DOCTOR SHE WAS AND AN ANTIBIOTIC WAS REQUIRED. I HAVE MANY YEARS OF WOUND CARE EXPERIENCE AND KNEW SHE WAS WRONG. I CALLED THE SAME DAY, HAD TO DRIVE BACK THE 1HR 25 MINS TO GET BACK TWO DAYS LATER TO HAVE THE **** REMOVED MY THE HOSPITALIST DOCTOR. HE THEN STATED THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR SERVICES AND THE ISSUE WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF AND THAT THE OTHER PA WOULD BE TRAINED IN THE PROPER MANNER WITH INGROWN ****S. I CALLED AND CALLED TO TALK ABOUT THE CHARGES, BUT I WAS IGNORED AND SENT TO COLLECTIONS. ENDED IN MEDIATION COURT AND I HAVE TO PAY IT ALL. I WAS TOLD I DIDN'T GO ABOUT IT IN THE RIGHT WAY. I CALLED, I SENT EMAILS, I WENT IN AND STILL I WAS IGNORED. WHAT OTHER WAY IS THERE? THE LITTLE GUY CAN'T WIN, BUT I WILL BECAUSE YOU JUST LOST AN ENTIRE FAMILY OF PATIENTS. WHERE DID CARING FOR OTHERS GO?
