I purchased a product from Real McCoy Custom using the instruction on their website to email *********************** The owner of the company replied, **********************, and instructed me to pay him using a Pay Pal invoice which he sent to my email. It came directly from **********************, the owner with whom responded to the email on their website. I requested that I pay him $255.00, which I did. He shipped me the product via **** mail service. I received the product and it was not functioning properly so I reached back out to ********************** for help. He instructed me that he would send me a new part which he asked me to please install and his speculation was that it would fix the problem. He didn't send the part. I requested the part weeks later and he finally did send it. When I received it, I couldn't understand how to disassemble and install an electronic part inside a musical instrument effects pedal (naturally) so he told me to return it to him for a refund. I asked for a shipping label and he told me to select a carrier of my choice for convenience. I sent it to him. It was delivered. Proof of delivery was given to me by Federal Express, photographic evidence of the package at the delivery address that ********************** provided. ********************** has disappeared, unresponsive. Finally, he responded. He told me he didn't receive it - which I replied to with the photographs of the delivery at his address. He will not reply again now and he is STEALING $300.00 from me. He's a business owner selling products on his website and in retail locations who is stealing from a customer. I'm livid and I want a refund but I also want verification that he will stop doing this to customers who respond to his advertising expecting to purchase products from him. He is running a scam and he's stealing from me as well as others, I'm sure there are others. I want a refund Immediately and for him to be stopped.

This person is a lying troublemaker.  His purchase price was refunded the day BEFORE he complained.

The replacement part was sent 2 times as the first was lost in the mail.

Here's a little of what he emailed me:

"If you want to enrage a customer who will literally make your life a living h*** if you want to do this to me - go ahead. Watch how it ends ********. I knew you were being shady when you wouldnt send me a label. You were planning this all along and OH BOY is this going TO be FUN

      Hang on buddy!!!"

So, as you can plainly see, this person was planning on causing me maximum harm and is not giving you the true story.
