I went to MidValley for a medical issue and they recommended that I look into getting hearing aids for a side issue. The specialist there, *********************** strongly recommended a certain brand and gave me a long list of benefits and features that I would get from them.After picking them up and wearing them for weeks, it turns out that very little of what was promised was actually available for them.I returned them and was patient blamed/scolded, but was told that a refund would be forthcoming within a month.I have contacted the business office at the clinic, once in writing and four times by phone. NO ONE EVEN BOTHERS TO RESPOND. This appears to be just a scam perpetrated by a legitimate health care provider. I have attached two documents, one the letter written to the business manager/billing person with my contact notes and the other the receipt of payment and subsequent return.Please help.***************************Customer response

Thank your for the updated efforts. After disputing the charge with my credit card company, the made several attempts and finally got the charge reversed. It only took several months, help from many places and no cooperation from Mid-Valley to get this done.
This matter is now closed. I appreciate all your help.
