We had used this company in the past to inspect our Chimney moved in. At time of service they left us a inspection report with a note **** TBD. 3 weeks go by with no invoice or calls from them so I call them. They were not going off any notes but said an inspection was a certain price and I paid it on the phone then. We later noticed a leak around flashing which was on their report as needing repairs. I call them to schedule an appointment for it, and they schedule me for a month and a half out on 12/16/2021 at 9am. Come the time of the appointment, no ones comes. At 930 I call them to see if there is a problem to which they say they never had me ok the books. All of which the man is grunting on the phone because he is also in the middle of a service call. He said he could be there between 1-2. Someone shows up at 2, takes one look at the leak and says, "Yeah that will need an appointment." I get no formal inspection report like we did the first time, since he didn't do a full inspection and only looked at it. He was there less than 2 minutes and left saying he would call me to schedule. A week goes by when I finally get a voicemail asking to schedule. We decided to go with someone else due to the unprofessionalism up to this point. His laungage used at the time lead me to believe that was not an appointment, nor did we recieve any formal invoice or call that we had a **** due until 2/3/22. ****** with them calls me stating I have a **** for an inspection. I state I will not pay since I did not have an inspection to which he says he will send it to collections and hangs up. The owner of the house calls him and explains more of why we said we would not pay to which he said he does not have time for this and hangs up again. He texts the owner to stop wasting his time to which he responds in writing the reasons it is not appropriate to send to collections. ****** responds that it is harassment and any further texts and he will call the police. No invoice or late notice
