Had ************ scan about 120 slides for me a few months ago. About 40% of the PDFs made had some type of issue; whether too dark or blurry. They answered one of my emails and agreed to a partial credit but I never heard from them again and the did not refund any $. After that they did not answer their contact number or emails. Finally had to have my credit card company intervene to get the refund

The Vendor is stating that I never did business with them. This is a complete lie.

Do you have a receipt? I've been sending emails to the address you provided to BBB for this review, and have not received a reply. If I owe you money I'll pay it but I have to know who you are.

Early in 2021 I sent DPS ***** some of my old 35mm slides and negatives to have digitized. I sent clear instructions as to which negatives to have digitized and anxiously waited for the results. The results were terrible, and on top of that, they totally ignored my instructions as to which negatives to digitize. The digital files were unusable due to the horrible color and sharpness. I called DPS ***** to discuss what could be done and was told by a representative that they would talk with **** and call me back. They have never called me back. After not hearing back from them, I would call again and always be transferred to voice mail. I would leave a message, but to this day, I have never received a returned call. About every 2 months I would receive another **** and would call again only to have the exact same scenario play out. This has gone on for about a year now with no resolution. Early on, not being able to wait, I sent the same slides and negatives, with the exact same instructions to another professional digitizer and got back great results, sharp and with vivid colors, and no problem following my instructions.On DPS ***** website they talk about Trust, Reliance, ********************************* and Integrity. This could not be further from the truth, they cannot be trusted or relied upon to call you back as they insincerely tell you, they do not have the competency to even follow the simplest of instructions and do not stand behind their assurance of a quality product. Bottom line, they do not have the integrity to stand behind their product and do the right thing. DPS ***** is a company to stay away from!

We occasionally make mistakes, and we made some on a few of these color negatives. We can fix this type of mistake, so if this happens to you, please contact us and we'll fix it. We're always able to resolve issues, except for this case. In this case, the language used was abusive, the tone was furious and the rants went on for 20 minutes. After several such phone calls, this customer was put on a do not answer list. The moral of this case to mind your manners. The person you are talking to has feelings also. This customer has not paid anything for the work we did.
