2Infinity has been showing my 2 dogs since August, and I could not be happier with their service. My dogs love traveling with them. They treat my dogs as if they were their own. I highly recommend them.

Please beware of ******************************* and 2Infinity Rottweilers LLC. She engages in unfair and deceptive business practices. We engaged **************** to transport a dog for us from ****** to *****. The total cost for the transport was $1000. Per her contract, we agreed to pay a $250.00 deposit and the dog was scheduled to be picked up on January 23rd. No delivery date or location was ever provided. The deposit was paid on January 11th. On January 14th, we found out the dog's owner decided not to place the dog with us, due to concerns that the dog had become aggressive with children. We promptly advised **************** on January 14th about the situation and requested a refund of our deposit. In response, **************** claimed that the deposit was non-refundable, but that she would graciously refund half the amount. We responded that but for the decision of the dog owner, we had fully intended to perform under the contract. More importantly, she had not incurred any fees or inconvenience by the cancellation. If she had incurred any fees or costs associated with the trip, we would have gladly paid those, but that is not the case. Here, she was notified nine (9) days before the scheduled pickup that the trip had become unnecessary. **************** has no equitable or legal right to any money paid. Please beware of her unfair business practices. She is not interested in treating her customers fairly and will take advantage of your patronage. She should be ashamed of her business practices.

      2Infinity Rottweilers LLC Response

      01/25/2022

2Infinity was contracted to perform a dog transport from ****** to ***** at a heavily discounted rate of $1000, which is **** miles one way. An agreement was provided to ******************************* to review, outlining the trip information available, $1000 fee, and stated non-refundable deposit of $250, as well as travel practices. At no point did ****************** or ************************************* state they had concerns with the agreement language or intent, nor did they raise any questions to change or alter language. ****************** is a Partner at ******************************************** LLP, and is eligible to practice law in the state of *****. As a practicing professional in the legal community, I would have expected that if the agreement was silent or inadequate to their situation, they would have requested a change in language prior to signing.2Infinity received a signed agreement and the $250 non-refundable deposit to transport the dog. The ******** dog however was not the only dog scheduled for that trip, therefore allowing the ******** to have such a discounted rate. The ******** cancelled the transport and no longer wish to complete the transport. 2Infinity per the agreement ****************** signed is not obligated to return the non-refundable deposit, as the agreement was clear. 2Infinity was sympathetic to the ********, and offered multiple times to alter the agreement and return the non-refundable deposit of $125. The ******** choose not to accept the offer stating they were going to submit various complaints and also proceed to small claims and also try and recover at least $1000 in attorneys fees. 2Infinity has incurred undue expenses due to the other agreement needing to be executed was based on the designated route, which included the ******** trip. The other transport agreement is still required to be completed, and therefore changed the expenses associated with it, as ******** trip did not occur. Again, 2Infinity has made every good faith effort to try and be sympathetic to the ********, however sometimes it is just not possible to please everyone.

      Customer Response

      01/25/2022

The following is a reply to ******************** response to the original complaint:1) **************** misrepresents the cancellation of the agreement to transport the dog. The dog was being placed with my wife and I, which required the transport from Oregon to *****. The owner of the dog decided not to place the dog (the dog showed aggressiveness with children). My wife and I did not with to cancel the agreement, but with the dog no longer being available there was nothing to transport. Accordingly, there was no way the contract could be fulfilled. Had we unilaterally cancelled the contract then we would have expected to lose the deposit. That is not the situation here. 2) **************** claims in her response that "2Infinity has incurred undue expenses due to the other agreement needing to be executed was based on the designated route, which included the ******** trip." **************** has yet to identify a single expense incurred as a result of the cancellation. Did she pre-pay her hotel, purchase dog food, etc.? Indeed, **************** was notified of the cancellation 9 days before the scheduled pickup of the dog. If she can articulate a single expense incurred, then said expense would be considered a detrimental reliance and we would gladly bear those costs. 3) We understood from **************** that the trip to ****** was the last leg. If she booked an additional trip further based on the ****** dropoff then she should articulate that fact. As it stands, there is no consideration for the retention of $125.00 and there has been no explanation of any costs or fees that **************** incurred as a result of her reliance on the contract and the ****** drop off.
