I bought a used car for my daughter at Synergize Auto. The experience was great! She loves it!We don't expect a used car to be perfect because it's used but when we picked it up Synergize did the best job possible with it, we were amazed! We tell everyone we know to only go to Synergize Auto for a car - we even had one friend who was looking for a particular car that they helped them find and be able to buy it even though it wasn't available on their lot! I have owned business most of my life and NEVER became a BBB member. Here's why.1. You don't need to be a member to get bad reviews. Plus you have SEVERAL other platforms that are free. Do you know who started the BBB? The mafia...look it up.2. Most people have a normal good experience when buying anything. They don't write reviews. Only ,friends, family, and customers who had a unusually GOOD experience....Or bad.3. Most of the time bad reviews are written by really stupid people who didn't read their agreements, or have buyers remorse. Or just hate being alive.YES! I am a friend of the owners and here to defend them because I know their intentions. How many used car dealerships do you know of that people come in just to hang around? I kid with them and say, this should be a "bar and cars" business. They are loved, and trusted by the community who have bought more than one vehicle over the years. So when I read the bad reviews, I hear about it because it's so rare. These bad reviews are pure ignorance by the authors. Not listening, not reading, buyers remorse, and not very bright!Review from Lori A

I bought a used van and my husband bought 2 cars here (work and personal). We have never been treated so well and honestly when buying a car. Everyone and everything about the experience was 5 Stars! We highly recommend Synergize Auto! Thank you for breaking the stereotype and stigma around used car dealerships!Review from Kristin L

My husband and I drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle here, the awful blonde lady, ****** refused to even let us ride WITH her in the vehicle we were interested in. Then she continued to straight lie and say it was against the law to sell us a vehicle my husband didn't have his license on him (which is not true in ******) it was left at another dealership, she wouldn't let them fax a copy or lookup him up on the *** website. she wouldn't acknowledge our current auto insurance which covers us driving another vehicle.. ***** later they sent a text asking for feedback, so I called ended up speaking to the same lady, who then said it's their company policies to let people like us test drive or sell a car too without a license and slammed the phone done. She was so judgemental and snobby it was the most demeaning interaction I have ever had.****** is a cute town, Synergy Auto is a disgrace to the town especially ******, who is the definition of condescending.I would suggest Synergy Auto takes a look at their companu policies to not discriminated people by their appearanceSynergize Auto LLC Response

Hi *******. I'm surprised to see this review online as you took down your other one because I mentioned you drove illegally without a license and insurance to our dealership and then proceeded to yell and cuss at my employee because we wouldn't let you drive our car. We were short staffed and also were not going to take you on a test drive if you didn't have either of these necessary things and were so rude to my staff. We never said it was illegal to sell a car without a license if you pay for it outright but it is against the law to drive without one on the road which you did to get to our dealership. We did NOT discriminate you based on your appearance. That is absurd. We do make decisions based on how people act and treat my employees. We do more for our town than you could even imagine and cannot even believe you had the nerve to leave this review.Review from Debbie F

We had a horrible experience with this company! First our truck broke down with a bad alternator 30 days after buying it while all the time it was the engine that was bad and after buying the extended warranty find we are just over our miles which we wouldn't have been if we didn't have to take a trip back there to get the promised items fixed which were little minor items. When the engine oil pressure was tested it showed the engine was no good and our mechanic said you probably knew that and put in heavier oil to make it last long enough to get it off the lot. It lasted 2 1/2 months all the while sending off error messages with faulty readings. When I called, I admit I was pretty irate and upset yelling at the person on the phone which I did apologized for and we ended the call with him saying the owner would call me back, he never did. Then I had to call them back which I hated even doing because it would upset me so bad to ask about where our license plates where and without even asking my name he put me on hold and said he would check on them. He came back and said as far as he could see they were mailed out on the 12th. So down to DMV we go only to find out that Synergize had taken the plates off our amazing car that we traded in exchange for this horrible truck and just had the plates transferred to the truck but that was never mentioned, and we never received the plates!!! Transparent I think not!!! Bottom line I will do my best to warn others about doing business with your company!!!! Shame on you!!!! Buyers beware!!!Synergize Auto LLC Response

Hi ******, we apologize for not getting back to you.
Unfortunately there wasn't much we could do and appreciate your apology after being treated so poorly when we didn't do anything wrong. Your alternator went out a month after purchasing the vehicle which unfortunately is not something we're able to predict. I wish we could tell the future but we cannot. We would have offered to have you bring it to our dealership to fix it at our cost, but you live a few hours away and that wasn't possible and is a bummer but again not something we can control. We offer everyone the ability to fully look over the vehicle, get a pre purchase inspection and purchase a warranty. It looks like you actually did purchase a 3 month ***** mile warranty for the major components of the engine and transmission. So you drove the vehicle over ***** miles and want to blame us for the engine going out?? Really?? I'm confused on your DMV plate comment. We don't do a plate transfer without the customer knowing about it and always give the plates but you can't put them on until your registration comes. I apologize you had such a "horrible" experience but I can assure you, we had a horrible experience with you as well and do not prefer to do business with people that scream and swear at my employees.
Were sorry you havent had good luck with the vehicle, vehicles are vehicles and we didn't force you to buy the truck. We still wish you the best and hope you found the unicorn of a vehicle that never has any issues and lasts you forever.Review from D. N.

I'm a 50 year old male who has dealt with used car dealers quite a few times. When I went to Synergize to buy a car, *****, the owner went above and beyond anything I could have expected from him. I had such a good experience that he has me as a customer for life, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a used car. I was genuinely impressed with his service as it was excellent.
