This place does not follow what they preach. They say that they care about their employees but when it comes down to it, they weasel out of every contract they have. They interpret the contract through their goggles and not by the way it was intended. Basically, if they dont agree, then you have no alternatives. This h*** hole uses their good employees for everything they have, then spits them out after they are all used up and burned out. If someone makes a whistleblowing complaint, they look for other ways to fire the person, such as not wearing a hard hat or safety glasses, or foul language use. They may not like what you look like and they find reasons to write you up. There is no opportunity for advancement unless you are on your knees. This place is putrid and they only care about their bottom line. I have caught multiple supervisors running their mouths over peoples personal issues that the supervisors were confided in. They are liable for being sued even for that! If ******************* were alive, he would be rolling over in his grave. This company was taken from a family oriented company to a huge billion dollar business. They are greedy and **** my words, that will be the end of this company, their greed will be the end. High level HR, doesnt recognize needs of employees and when you bring it to their attention, they shame you and tell you you are wrong. They think they dictate the contract. Which they dont. Both sides dictate it, not just one. Then they wonder why their best employees leave to new jobs. I said 15 years ago, minimum wage would catch up to this place and its almost here. Our medical deductibles keep getting worse and worse even though they have been feeding off reserves for over 8 years. They have enough money (700 million) to build new plants locally, but they cant even give their employees fair wages and take their pensions and refuse to give back. Then admin wonders why morale is low on the floor. This pays bills but is not fulfilling.
