Physical issues we have found...- paint work not completed, missed spots and overspray.- water leak coming from the roof. this caused water to seep down into our newly finished garage and ruin the trim and cause damages to the interior. his fix for this was to put some sort of tar or sealant onto the spot he thought was leaking. in doing so he got this sealant all over the side of our house. hand prints, over spray.- i got on the room to blow leaf's off and found that the siding he had taken off and reinstalled was hardly hanging on. not sealed. none of the old or new nail holes were calked over allowing water intrusion to get into the siding and behind it as well. causing unknown damages now and in the future. - metal flashing left on the roof, large screws left on the roof.- gutter work not done correctly or efficiently allowing water to leak out into behind the siding causing a roughly 3x3 foot area to have water getting behind the siding and leaking out the seams. - unpainted ends of siding left exposed, water getting into this as well. We have had countless issues with this contractor. We have to constantly have to nag him to have him show up to fix the specified things. He will promise a date and then not show for days until i have to reach out to him again to figure out when he is going to show up. this is also how the entire project went, the deadline would continually get pushed back every week with no firm end date in sight. Never communicated to us when the project would be finished. I had to continually remind him about things we wanted done during the project only to have him not listen and do the exact opposite of what we wanted done. He had an employee show up weeks after the project was completed and done, let himself into our backyard (trespassing) unbeknownst to us. when i confronted the contractor as to why his employee was there, he had no idea and took no responsibility for the guys actions. lots more issues to list please contact me!!
