      i am a resident at *************** apartments have been for over a year and a half i feel i have been retaliated and feel my privacy has been invaded i underwent a alcohol relapse in july ***************************************************************************************** and out of the hostpital 4 times and the last time I got out of the hostpital I went home to my apartment and my landlord served me with papers saying my girlfriend was no longer allowed on the property or she would be arrested the landlord new I was in and out of the hostpital she kept wanting to do inspections knowing I was not feeling well my girlfriend without her there I would have died from either withdraw symptoms or drinking my self to death and my landlord gave me no time to explain myself she did one inspection and the place was very clean but I had smoked in the apartment so was told to cure it but was to I'll at the time to do anything she put an inspection notice on my door the next day! So I wrote a letter and had my girlfriend who was watching over me put it on the door do not enter I had also called her and told her verbally that I wasn't doing well and needed time to get better every day she would put another inspection notice on my door so I had my gf put another note on the door saying do not enter the medication I was on made it to where I could barley walk my muscles my body was very week my landlord had no remorse or have any kindness or caring feeling in her body I feel she retaliated and used her power in a very inhumane way if I hadn't relapsed and wasn't going through medical issues I would have complied and given her the reason she was there but not I'm forced to move because something happend that was out of my control and no one is going to tell me who I can be with and nor is it right for anyone to be able to have power on who I can see just because they are power hungry it is not fair when this person saved my life she doesn't do drugs or any criminal activity.

      No maintenance in 3 years. I have snakes and mice living under my carpets. I have one burner on stove that works. They have no compassion when tenants life threatened they were 2 busy. I have requested copies of my file nothing. Senior and Disabled living. Very dangerous complex no lights in back chain link fence no gates parking lot badly lit. Broke contract Sr and Disabled discount gone no reasonably priced internet. Unable to keep employees managers. Very bias and not welcoming to anyone not white. Sad situation. I will fight this til the day I die.

      There is a water leak in the apartment above and has come through our ceiling in the form of brackish moldy water and airborne black mold. **** is a disabled veteran with severe and persistent mental illness as well as protected age class. His wife is dying on ******* and has gotten worse due to their hazardous living conditions. **** is experiencing new health issues which is in doubt due to breathing black mold. Viridian refuses to do anything to help this family. They will not provide safe housing while their dangerous housing is fixed. Their home is not fit for humans or animals to live in and should be condemned. This couple is in serious danger as their health deteriorates daily.

      Notice of Inspection was posted from 05/30/2023 to 05/31/2023 for unit inspections. Per your lease we do inspections at least semi annually. You may also be notified of other inspections that are being conducted by lenders and/or investors. You have made it very clear that you find our site manager to be aggressive. I have spoken with our site manager and I find that she isn't aggressive she is straight forward and to the point. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have.       The Highland in ********,** states it takes low income and government subsidies such as HUD but manager say no HuD taken when hud applicants submit application

      My mother is mentally ill and is being evicted from her apartment due to complications of her mental illness. I feel this apartment complex is being discriminatory against my mother who cannot function as a mentally health person due to her illness. She cannot process things the same and therefore does not understand the papers that were mailed to her explaining the process. The manager was aware of her illness and failed to contact anyone regarding this situation so it could be remedied. Now my mother is facing houselessness once again due to not having adequate time to find housing in an already near-impossible rental market. I have contacted the manager as well as the district manager to try and settle this outside of court and prevent an eviction on her record and they have refused. This situation is a terrible act of discrimination against a mental ill, elderly woman.

      I seen online that the new Wildflower apartments were taking new tenants and I wondered why I hadnt received a call or email from them when I was one of the very first people to ever apply. I sent the manager a text, which is how we have been communicating the past several months. She told me I was taken off the waiting list due to no response on my part. I went back through my call logs, ******************** and didnt find any messages about wildflower apts. she did give me the date that she called. Did not find it on my end. What really irks me is that we have been communicating through calls, emails, text, & even physical mail. Out of all 4 methods of communication I did not receive anything. I asked for the receipts on when the email was sent or when they left the voicemail and then she gave no response. Communication was all good until this point. I have been waiting on these apartments since August 2020 when I filed the pre-application. Im really hurt by this. Still waiting on the receipts of when they tried to contact me. The last response I do have from her was months ago. Before I found out they took me off the waiting list.

      Good day, yesterday March 10, 2022 I was bringing a Rental Application to Patio Apartments in ******, ****** own by Varidian Management Company. The site manager stole my application with my personal information on it. ss# banking ect...She would not give it back to me! I went to the Talent Poice Station and Chief ***** said it was a ******* County Housing problem. I heard back from JCHousing and they said and also in an email, ********************** does not own Patio Apartments and are not the authority over all housing. I want my personal information back! AND the BIG question is what are they doing with my personal information?! selling it?! Note: I have had "identity theft" twice. I am on it! my information was stolen righ in fronto of me! Both police stations and the Sheriff will not do anything. hmmmm Please if you can help? I also wrote to *********** and the local Newspaper. thank you! This is a big company and what are they doing with peoples personal information?"

      Patio Talent is a Federally Subsidized property which was clarified in the Tenant Selection Criteria which was attached to the application.

      Three days after I moved in I noticed that someone had been coming into my unit unauthorized.Someone had let my service animal out of his kennel took his collar off and threw it in the kennel and lock the kennel up two different latches behind him and let him out when I was downstairs smoking. The second incident someone came in and stole some of my brand new mask that I got to wear for covid prevention. Then I've been noticing someone just been coming in damaging my property scratching my pictures and different knickknacks in my house moving things around, My Oregon trail card came up missing which had money on it I had to call in a replacement that card was 8 years old. I brought some new things for my livingroom I noticed that they have been scratching and damaging that on top of a brand new shower rod came up missing different little knick-knacks have came up missing I've noticed paperwork being ramble through my front door it has been installed incorrectly and I've spoken to the manager about them fixing it and they have not fixed it I bought a portable lock on Christmas Eve that morning I was taking a shower and I heard something and it came out after getting dressed looked around my unit and didn't see anything but turn towards the door and notice someone tried to enter unauthorized because they left the deadbolt unlocked and thank goodness for my portable locked at this time my purse was on the couch and to make matters worse I've noticed echoing I've heard different types of weird buzzing and I was told that I might want to get my unit check for some type of listening device possible camera I have filed several different complaints with the onsite manager has placed several calls to the property management and they will not return my phone calls.
