I purchased a Bow with Accessories amounting to over $1500.00 from Bas Pro Shop in ********. The Bow suffered a catastrophic failure causing the Cams to bend alowing the limbs to collapse on my arm and tearing my shoulder. I was initially told by Basspro that the model was discontinued, and the Lifetime Warranty would not be Honored. I had over (3) dozen phone calls to get the Bow Fixed or replaced. All efforts to have the Bow replaced have failed due to constantly being lied to by Bowtech Manager "*********************". This group has proven that they care less about the customers safety and legal responsibilities to a "Lifetime Warranty". And clearly have no concern for a Military Veteran that was injured using there equipment that wasn't on the market very long due to failures with other customers.Business response

On Tuesday July 6th, 2021 we offered ************** a choice between 5 different vertical bow models including both Bowtech and ************** that are equal two or greater than his original bow purchased. We also went as far as offering a couple different crossbow models as a replacement. ************** responded back on July 10th, 2021 rejecting our offer and asking for a custom bow that far surpassed the model he purchased through Bass Pro Shops. I told ************** that would not be an option. Our offer with ************** still stands but we have yet to hear from him since July 10th.
It is also important to note that when we received and inspected ****************** bow it was determined that the bow was not damaged due to a manufacturer defect. The damage ************** experienced is due to the bow not being set up properly. The offer we made to ************** is strictly out of **************** and the fact that we want to take care of a customer. The damage and our offer to replace his bow does not fall within the scope of our limited lifetime warranty policy and/or process.
