Placed an order from this merchant (WEB-*****) with "Expedited Shipping (3 to 5 business days)" on November 17th. It is now December 7th, and the order still hasn't arrived. Merchant first claimed the order was "lost in transit", then later said it was delivered to my mailbox parcel on December 6th (it wasn't). Merchant refuses to provide a full refund.Business response

To Whom It May Concern:
We have issued a refund for ****** ******'s order WEB-*****. When the customer first reached out our customer service team didn't catch that he had paid for expedited 3-5 day shipping, and inadvertently responded with our 4-10 day window response to allow for more delivery time. Also, when a package shows recently delivered, we like to confirm with the customer if the package was delivered at said location. We have seen many carrier mark the package as delivered then have it arrive a few days later. Again, this was under the first impression that the package was sent with standard shipping (and not expedited).
****** called customer support and we apologized for the lost package and immediately refunded his order.
We would like to apologize for the confusion on our part and for responding incorrectly in our first email response. Please let us know how we may assist to resolve the issue.
