      After calling a second time to complain about missed garbage service and asking for a credit due to missed service, ***** **************** manager, took it upon himself to stop service completely on 6/9 and refuses to refund my money for services that were not rendered, about three months worth. I have called the local number several times but nobody is able to find out where my $100+ went to, when or even if they will refund me. I've asked several times for an explanation and advised a manager will call back with that information but I've been waiting since 6/9 and no refund, no call-back, nor even a written explanation is provided. Nothing in writing has ever been produced since they closed my account, trespassed on my property to pick up their trash cans, and refused to refund my money. ***** refused to provide his managers contact information, promised to email it to me but never did. They just stole my money after 5 years of paying them on time!

      Good morning. 

      ****************** was verbally abusive to myself and multiple customer services reps on the phone. We had missed his pickup on a vacation week where our service is one day delayed due to the being on a holiday schedule. We did not actually miss his service but our truck inadvertently dump his container into the truck so he was without a container for a few days. He called in and we delivered him a new one within 4 days. He did not miss any service just was without a garbage cart for a few days. We offered to pickup extra garbage to remedy this even know he was not going to miss any pickup days. He called into our office and was very aggressive and verbally abusive demanding a months free service. We denied that request due to the fact that he did not actually miss out on any service. I (********************* Dist Manager for Sanipac) called him because he demanded to speak to a supervisor. He was very rude to me and demanded a credit of one month. When i denied that request he continued to yell at me and specifically told me to get our carts off his property and he will be going with another hauler and then hung the phone up on me before i could say anything else. I took that as he wanted the containers removed. We had them removed and he called back very irate again wanting to know why we removed the containers. I reminded hi of our pervious conversation and explained that he had requested that we remove the containers. He again got very angry, hurling profanities at me and saying that he was going to *** me for removing his cans without his written consent. To be clear the containers in question are owned by Sanipac and not his property so that is not a valid argument but again he did request that we remove the containers on a previous call. He was very irate and his communication is unacceptable and i have informed all the customer reps to forward his call directly to me so he does not upset our hard working CSR crew.       I am rejecting this response because: the business is not addressing the issue over money, at all. They acknowledge and admit to cancelling service and trespassing. The business is making false statements about the events that occurred, which can be backed by recordings, but completely disregarding my refund for services that were not ultimately provided. I did not request to have services cancelled, let alone the insane allegations made, but stated that I would be looking into another service. In my follow-up call after they trespassed, ********************* acknowledged that he made the assumption to cancel my service because I was not content and  that I stated I would eventually find another service that appreciates me as a customer. He also told me to never directly contact him again, and was very adamant about that, he told me to call back into their customer service instead of bothering him.

      Regardless, in no way did I cancel service. But, I have never received anything formal from Sanipac after they closed my account on 6/9/22 and now they are refusing to address the monetary issue. I want my money back, simple as that. They need to stop with the false allegations and slander immediately and simply address where my money is.

      sanipac was scheduled to pick up glass recycling bins on friday, may 27, 2022. they of course did not do so. not a surprise. the schedule is every 2 weeks. i called them. they said they would pick it ** in 2 weeks. i asked if i dare to believe that. they say they will leave a reminder. how do they get away with not doing their job and not correcting their mistakes? this is common and normal for them. they have a monopoly and they don't care whatsoever about fulfilling their obligations. thanks.
