On April 13, I dropped off my apple watch at simply mac, per apple's instructions after it exploded on my wrist. They kept it until I called on April 28, asking where my watch was? They informed me they would not fix the watch since it was from 2018. (I bought the first watch in 2017, but it exploded as well, so Apple replaced it in 2018 with a series 2 apple watch). I asked why would you take a watch that you weren't going to fix? It clearly states in the Apple records that the watch was purchased in 2017. Now, they have lost the watch. I did get my wrist band back but on one knows where the watch is. Its sort of suspicious that they won't give it back to me, since it did explode and their own paperwork says its full of soot. I have contacted apple many times but no one really cares about my old apple watch. Simply Mac is blaming Apple but I dropped off my watch to Simply Mac. I want my money back for the watch.Business response

I'm writing to follow up regarding the complaint we have received from *********************. We have attempted to reach out numerous times to offer replacement or a credit but have not received any response from the customer as of this time.
