Wow. I am appalled by the drop in member service this "credit union" provides. I think that with multiple mergers, they have lost their soul and purpose...the member. We will be taking our 2 decade old accounts and finding a new place to keep our money. Fairwell.Review from Heather M

NWCU sent me a message in their online banking system. I have attached it for the BBB to review. What I received was a Direct Deposit sign up form for ******************. On this form I have her full name, address, phone number, checking account and routing number. This is the most irresponsible thing I have ever seen a financial institution do. If I can receive another members (from another state) personal and financial information that means that my information could be sent to another member. I hope that NWCU and the BBB understand how damaging this breach of trust is. I will be taking immediate steps to close my accounts. And I will be reporting this to NCAU Note: one star is too good of a rating for this financial institutionReview from Rod M.

Totally incompetent, most. Time on line deposits have errors, I got charged with theft of services because credit card inadvertently shut down, I get chatted hundreds in overdraft fees when on inues evline deposits do not register. Tried talking to supervisor to take my deposit he was rude and arrogant this continue every month. Now most branches closed went to local branch 100 mile trip, closed due to staff shortages, thus bank is a jokeReview from Stephanie C

We had a loan for a vehicle with them for years. In that time we moved cross country (3 years ago). We changed our address. I know this because we received bills to our new address and when I called in I have to give them my new address to verify my account. Recently, we paid off the loan, but didnt receive the title. Upon calling I was told they sent it to our old address and I was at fault for not checking that the old address was deleted. Nice gaslighting a good client. So, now my title is in the hands of who knows who, and Im stuck with the **** to get a new title. But what most shocks me is the lack of responsibility they are talking.
