      On June 26th, 2023, I was sent a bill from $1200 from Crisdental. The bill contains no information about services rendered and stated that it was 60 days past due. The only description for the $1200 worth of charges was simply:" "Balance Forward". Prior to that time, I had never received a bill from Crisdental. The bill I received had whiteout on the address line, over which my mailing address was handwritten. It appears that they had my address wrong for over 60 days, causing me to not receive the mailing in a timely manner. I was seen in their office in March 2023 for an initial consultation that was covered 100% by my insurance. I provided them with current contact and insurance information during that visit on several documents. I have attempted to contact them repeatedly over the last four months via telephone and in writing and I have yet to receive a single response. I believe my insurance fully covered my initial consultation, but they have repeatedly failed to provide me with a description of any services rendered, or information on what was billed to my insurance. Prior to receiving this bill, I had written Crisdental a poor review due to an appointment they failed to honor in April 2023. This phony bill, as well as their failure to respond to multiple written and verbal requests by me for an explanation and resolution, is retaliation for an honest review of my poor experience with Crisdental. They have now mailed me a final warning that they will send my "bill" to collections, while still failing to provide any context about the charges or return any of my attempts to make contact with them.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This was an unfortunate situation. We have reach out via phone and via text message to this patient since June of 2023. The members voice mail box was always full and could not accept any message. We also tried to reach the member via text message to no avail. 

      This Issue on our side has been resolved. I called the member from my personal cell phone but could not leave a message to to the voice mail box being full. The member and I played phone tag for the day but I was final able to speak with the member. I explained to her that the issue was resolved on our end and that if any thing else arose that I would call her. I checked on the members account prior to this response and every thing is settled and the member no longer has a balance. We always strive to take great care of our patties and do our best to contact and reach out to them. We apologize to the member for the inconvenience  and strive to do better in every situation.
