On 11/28/2021, I sent a message to the Oregon Ice Cream Company via their website. I provided personal information such as name, address, phone, email, details about the product, and where I purchased the product. As of 12/20/2021, I had not received a response. On 12/20/2021, I called the Oregon Ice Cream Company. I talked to ***** **** told me that their consumer response team (or something to that effect) should have contacted me within 24 hours. **** then transferred me to the voicemail for the consumer response team. I left the consumer response team a voicemail, essentially repeating what I told Oregon Ice Cream when I sent them my message via their website on 11/28. Despite having contacted them twice about this matter, I have not received a response. This is the message I sent to Oregon Ice Cream on 11/28/2021:"I purchased this about a week ago. I opened it for the first time tonight. On one side of the container, the container had no product. It was empty. No ice cream. I would estimate that there was empty space in about 10-15% of the container. I took a photo of this if you would like me to send it to you. I have been purchasing ******* for many years. Overall excellent quality ice cream. And the Salted ****** is exceedingly excellent."My main concern is no longer that ice cream was missing from the container when the container was brand new and opened for the first time.My main concern is the fact that I filled out a form on the Oregon Ice Cream website and provided them with detailed information, but never heard anything back from them. So my question to Oregon Ice Cream is this: Why bother having a form on your website for consumers to fill out, when you completely ignore this form, and refuse to follow up with contacting the consumer who submitted the form?

Some consumers may elect to not publish the details of their complaints, some complaints may not meet BBB's standards for publication, or BBB may display a portion of complaints when a high volume is received for a particular business.
