3/1, 7/1 & 8/1, 2020 Business took 3 autopays of $78 each despite telling us by phone they would not. Told us they would repay us but did not. Went in to business in August 2020. ******* told us he would cancel membership, and take care of refund. We heard nothing more. I did not trust them, so paid my bank a fee to stop all further autopay attempts. Then the business attempted to collect autopay on 8/1/2021. I began receiving calls from the billing company. I tried to contact a manager multiple times and was told he was not available, despite trying multiple sites. I was told I must sign a membership cancelation form to stop billing. I was told to sign an electronic blank screen. I asked to see the form. ******** informed me the form only said I was canceling my membership, so I signed the blank screen. When I received a copy of the form it had been misrepresented. Unable to reach manager by phone, in person, email or voicemail. Receiving continual calls from billing agency.
