      I have used ******* now for over a year due to insulin resistance. For some reason, a few weeks ago my script was denied due to my A1C not being a 6. I have called for two weeks to get this issue resolved. First they told me I needed to get a pre-autho, that was down, denied. The. I was told I should have been grandfathered in as I was already taking the medicine for quite some time with no breaks. The woman told me that I believe on May 16 and she was putting it forward to be approved. That never happened, as a matter, fact, I cant even seem to get anybody who knows about people being grandfathered in if they were a previously on the medication. Yesterday I was told that I would get a prescription filled pending and appeal. That hasnt happened. I have tried to call and each time I talk to somebody new its a different reason as to why it was denied or what the next step would be. I was told that they would need to talk to the state of ***********, meaning the plan to figure things out. When I called ********** anthem, they switched me to quantum. Quantum says they have to go back to **********. So Im so confused as to who to call how to get this resolved. I figured if I wrote BBB I will get a response. All Im asking for is my script to be filled. I have gone now two weeks without the medication. My doctor still is prescribing the medication for me.
