After paying some **** dollars for 2 heaters /cooling units. I then was informed about a once a year service fee 100 dollars. At the time I did the annual 100 service they strongly recommended a new contract for service totalling anoth er ******* dollar expenditure. I then experienced some problems about 6 months later. When I called I was told I was to pay for the service call 99 dollars, [I have been emeshed with my moms estate for 22 months and am sick of rip offs] i did over react in my objection to paying 99 dollars. i filed a review on yelp. They reponded with your some dumb dumb, read for yourself the response, I had the wrong company. ect,, I would like my 250 back because it is my money, For my 250 I now have hot air and its not from there product .Its from there mouth.Business response

**************** - In response to your claim. You mention that you over reacted when my CSR explained how much it would cost for us to come out but you failed to say that you told her to F off and called us names. Then you posted 2 reviews under names that were not in our system and when we responded to it you didn't care for our response and called us more names. We offered to cancel the membership and refund the remaining months, but you didn't like that response either. I am attaching the invoice that you paid $144 for the membership. I can refund the $48 by check or on the card that was used originally. Please let me know which you would prefer.
