I have never written a complaint about hotel or its staff in my life.I am 74 years old and spent my entire career in the pharmaceutical industry, traveling and staying in hotels. I've stayed in thousands of hotels. I was treated so badly, rudely and without consideration, that I must write this letter. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am also seeking legal counsel. I had a reservation at the Comfort Suites in Eugene ****** for Wednesday night 11/2/2022.I made my reservation through an outside reservation service and spent the night at the hotel. I then called the same service and made a reservation for Thursday night at the hotel and received the completed registration form on my phone. I then received a very **** and rude call from the front desk manager, whose name was ****, who is a very confrontational individual , that informed me, I did not have a reservation. In fact, I did have a reservation!So **** lied to me. They asked me to come down and sign some forms and I told them I was sick and did not feel like doing that. **** who is completely unempathetic, said that's the policy and that's just the way it is and you have to come down. She then saw fit to go to the Director of *************** at the hotel and when I came down feeling ill, I was told in fact that I was kicked out of the hotel by ****. **** told me she canceled my reservation. I find it odd because on the phone she said I had no reservation. This individual needs to be terminated. Also the director of human resources, needs to be placed on probation, as she never heard my side of the story and completely sided with **** 100%.Initial Complaint

************* is the corporate office for Comfort Suite Inn where on March 30, ******************************************************** paint overspray. After numerous calls to the hotel and getting no response to message left, I contacted ************* and filed a complaint (Case ID #*********. They said they'd contact the hotel to get them to respond to my complaint and asked me to give them ***** hours to get back to me. No resonse to this complaint and two additional follow complaints to *************. They say they can't do anything. As the corporate office for Comfort Suites Inn, I believe ************* is not trying hard enough to compell Comfort Suites to respond to my complaint and remove the overspray paint from my truck. I've been getting the runaround for 4 months now and have lost patience.Customer response
