I scheduled an appt last night, 3/31/24 @9pm for today 4/1/24 @2:30pm.I tried to move my appt to a later time the same day. I sent a text, message on messenger, called her business number and finally got a response when I commented on a fb post. Nothing about a $50 no show fee until later. Had I known I would be charged I would have made my original appt time. When I replied with I was trying to move my appt time she replied "I don't think this is going to work out." And blocked me on fb.Business response

We have a ***** hour cancellation policy which is stated at time of booking. If a person fails to cancel with in that period, they are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, even if they reschedule. Despite this policy, because this client was dismissed as a customer, she was NOT charged the cancellation fee. No refund will be given as this client was never charged.
