The headlight that arrived was faulty and the metal mesh was not compatible with it. They made me pay for the return and shipping back just to claim that the two packages that were boxed separately identically to how I received them were someone in the same box with no foam and that they were both destroyed and refused to refund me. Mind you this was over a month after trying to contact them over and over and they never called or emailed me when receiving the return either. They even said the glass was scratched all to pieces even though the film was never removed. So unless **** ruined the boxes and repackaged them then they are liars and cheats. Screwed me out of over $200 freaking bucks. This is rediculus. Never work with these people. They rarely pick up the phone too.Review from Max J

Ordered some parts and the tracking number was sent to me, but no parts. After about 5 calls I figued out that the part was back orded and they sent me another part. Not a scam, but not great customer service.Review from Austin D

Item was never delivered after a month. Upon checking initial email of shipments departure I noticed there was no tracking number. After inquiring with speed moto co they gave me a tracking number saying delivered. The item was in fact never delivered. I had to spend two entire months going back and forth with the company just so they would file a claim on their end with ****** I was called a liar, my private address and information was posted in reply to a bad review I left them on ******* They questioned my personal businesses and even mentioned my fianc. It was very creepy and invasive. After two months today I finally was issued a refund. The amount of disrespect and straight up rudeness I had to work through was simply insane. They told me because I left a bad review that sometimes life isnt fair and if you were a better person you would have got a refund already: seems from looking over their reviews across the internet that MANY people have had a very similar negative experience. It needs to end. I also noted their address listed on ****** is not the address you have listed on the bbb page.
