Financed motorcycle through company back in April or March of 2022. It is now September and still have not received my plates and they are saying they don't know what's going on and will not give me definitive answers. I just want my plates and tags and to not be treated so rudely.Business response

We had a former employee make a mistake when filing this customer's paperwork with the **** We know this is frustrating and is our fault. Since then, we've worked diligently with the *** to fix it. When submitting corrections with the *** it takes longer than if you get it right the first time.
However, we have spoken with this customer on multiple occasions to give her updates and she has always seemed understanding. We've kept the customer on the road by issuing temp tags, so there has been no loss of use for the customer. We self reported the issue to our *** investigator and he has worked with us to help rectify. We also offered a refund of the *** fees to the customer early on, which she declined.
We accept that we initially messed up the paperwork and caused a delay. However, we also asset that we have taken all necessary steps to fix the situation, avoid any loss of use for the customer, and keep her as up to date as we are.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.You have never offered to refund me, only told me that I could go to the *** myself and get my license plate and tags. They have been very rude and yes I have been understanding in the beginning, but when rudeness started, I quicky became angry at the lack of care from management in this situation.
