I purchased a new rv in Sept. 2021. Since that time it has been in their service department three times for the same problem. It currently is back again for the same problem. I'm once again being told that the problem in with the manufacture (******* River). Each time a new electrical panel was replaced only to have the same problem occur again. While I understand that it might be a problem with the manufacture rv corral is the company that sold me the rv and should either replace the coach or refund my money ($130,000). I believe the ****** Lemon Law covers this problem.Business response

We are equally as frustrated with this issue as our customer is. We have replaced and/or fixed the problem multiple times all under the factory warranty. The dealership is not the responsible party under the Lemon Law. The customer needs to start the process with the Manufacturer in order to have the coach replaced or receive his money back. We will help in any way to give him the information he needs, or forward it to the manufacturer, to help facilitate a Lemon Law claim but we cannot initiate the claim for the customer.
