I had a tattoo scheduled in ********** on March 17th at noon. I had already paid a $250 deposit ahead of time to book the appointment. I live in ******, ** so I also had to book a flight out to get the tattoo done and he knew that. The night before I received an email from him saying his leg was swollen and he might not be able to do the tattoo for me but would let me know in the morning. When I did not hear from him in the morning I assumed that meant it wasnt happening and I flew back home to ******** without the tattoo. I asked for a refund since he is the one who canceled but now he is refusing saying it is non refundable. He tried to reschedule again but obviously I dont want to pay for another flight with someone who is flaky.
