My PS5 had a loose HDMI port so I went to the Nerd Heard and ********************* for repairs. I drove to their offense and the moment I arrive, we discuss the repair work that was needed. He has another guy in the room named *************************** who he claims works for him. We discussed pricing and I let them know that I was willing to pay $50 extra for an expedited repair, to which they both agreed to. I drop my PS5 off and go home. I receive my system a few days later from **** and I pay him through Venmo. **** ensures me that the repair comes with a 90 day warranty, and this is included in the venmo payment memo. The PS5 works for a day then it stops working. I call both **** and **** and ask if he will just repair the system again. I didn't ask for a refund. I gave my PS5 to *********************, owner of the Nerd Heard, on the 17th. I text them both asking for updates and I get no response. By Thursday, I call them and **** starts telling me how dysfunctional his relationship with **** is. They add me into a threeway call where they are yelling at each other and I find out that **** hasn't dropped my system off between Monday and Thursday. Trying to not get involved, I offer to take my system directly to **** for repairs that were ensured to me in the warranty. **** and **** both agree so we go to ****** house and drop the system off on Friday. **** and **** continue arguing throughout the day and when I ask them to be courteous and just do the work I paid for, they both block me. I eventually get ahold of ****, and **** eventually gets ahold of ****. **** says he'll bring the PS5 to **** that evening, but **** had completely dismantled my console and did not conduct any repairs. ****** dad and himself them start calling me, threatening to shoot me with his baretta, which I have through extensive voice messages they left me.
