Had tree work done on June 20, 2022. Paid in cash $950 and was told I would receive a receipt in the mail. I have contacted the business via telephone messages (7 times) and have also sent email requests 8 times. I was first told their computer system was down, then I was told the receipt was sent via email and to check my spam folder. I replied that I had not received a receipt and asked them to resend. It has been over 4 months of me reaching out to the owner - and I am still without a receipt. I don't know what else to do.Business response

I have had several issues with my email account. The customer asked for a receipt and I sent it via email to her in June. I did not hear from her for several months. I received another email stating she did not receive the email.I resent it again asking for confirmation that it was received. She finally replied back a few days later stating she did not.
I have mailed the receipt in regular mail.
I will include a picture of the receipt that was sent.
