To Whom It May ************************************************************* received a full refund after purchasing a vehicle under contract and a week later changing her mind and requesting a refund.
We have refunded, in full, the amount she paid towards the purchase and have unwound the contract.

I purchase a vehicle from them in the beginning of August. It was sold as is and a clean title. One week after owning the car it broke down. The dealership refused to help me fix it. Two weeks later, it was back in the shop and this time for a clutch. This was something the dealer said he replaced but will not help me fix it. On Oct. 16th they were mailed a letter from the *** stating this car is not a clean title. In light of this the finance company is***d a buyback and unwind from the contract because they were in breach. This notice went out a couple of weeks ago. They are in breach of contract with the bank for the title branding. However the dealership is wasting time. ** has told me he is going to *** the ****** ***, ******** and CoPart for this mess up. Meanwhile I have a car that has no legal title, no legal tags and cant be driven. ******** is***d a notation that the vehicle is in salvage condition, which is obvious from the auction report and photos. The *** and their investigators have found that ******** will not remove the notation unless the dealer can get then to write a letter saying it was an error. This is what he is pushing with his lawyer. I on the other hand have a car that has been deemed unsafe and a road hazard from my local collision repair shop. Upon further investigation it seems CoPart failed to inform the buyer of the salvage record. All in all, this vehicle is salvage and the dealership is wasting my time and the *** and the banks time by running around saying hes going to *** ********* He has been yelling at me on the phone and lying to me left and right. I have texts where he says he will help me fix the car, and then he yells at me and my partner saying he will not help me with anything and that I need to shut up as he put it. He called me at 9AM to yell at me and tell me to leave him alone yesterday. He has also tried to call me a liar on my ****** reviews. Worst dealership Ive ever dealt with.Customer response
