Bought two large packages of beef jerky from them (purchased at local grocery store). Product was awfultoo hard to even chew. Have contacted the company via their website over a week ago (no response). Have left two voicemail messages over past week on the phone extension that allows voicemail messages but have received no responses. When trying to phone company you are given 4 options (customer service, **************** accounts payable and accounts receivable). No kne ever answers, you just get recorded message and in two of the instances (HR being one of them) the voicemail box is full and does not allow you to leave a message. This is horrendous customer service. I am baffled that this company can still be in business. How in the world can ************ not allow message. Can't leave message on one other extension, may be accts payable or receivable. I am seeking refund of my purchase price for both bags ($32).Initial Complaint

09-22-22 I bought 2 bags ***** each of teriyaki beef jerky, I opened 1 bag when I got home and tried a piece. It was very very strong smell of smoked, you could not taste the flavor of the teriyaki flavoring of the jerky. I tried calling several times. I have tried emailing them and also ******** messaging. No response to any of the places that I had filled or brought in.Initial Complaint

I purchased a bag of Old Trapper Old Fashioned Beef Jerky. The 10 ounce bag. I paid $16.99 for the bag of beef jerky. When I opened the bag to eat some of the beef jerky the beef jerky was so hard that it's inedible. It has nothing but cartilage or white stringy pieces in it. The beef jerky is inedible. I purchased the beef Jerky from 7 Eleven here in ***********. The barcode number is: 0 ***** ***** 1. The expiration date is 09/2023 #****A L3 08:22. I've never had this problem with Old Trapper beef jerky before. It's always been edible, soft, and delicious. I would like a refund of $16.99 or a new 10 ounce bag of beef jerky.
