            I purchased a car from this company and traded one it at the same time. I purchased a warranty for the car at the time of purchase as well where I have paperwork signed by me and my wife that was sent to my lender showing the warranty. When issues arose with the truck I took it to my local dealer to get the work handled. Found out that Family size motors llc adjusted the paperwork to pocket the warranty money as well as none of the Title and regestration fees were payed for to transfer the vehicle in my name. This is a prime example of fraudulant activity and afterreading other similar reports an investigation needs to be had and corrective measures taken. I dont think this person should be able to hold an LLC and conduct buisness. This was all as of Jan 2024 and now the company has closed their doors weeks after the sale

            We bought a truck on 05/2022 and they added extra guarantee coverage without asking if I wanted to purchase. They even said that insurance will cover for services on the truck, and any mechanical break downs and is not thru in the dealers they don't even recognized that insurance and also they said that the breaks were just done and they were not they had not even change breaks and that insurance did not even cover them. I cancel it and as of right now ************* has not received that refund check and that was done back in May and as off now they have not seen nothing. I keep calling ************* and they say that no check has been received. Also, mi nephew bought a car and they made him pay for DMV fees when he has not received any plates they keep saying DMV needed additional info and that the plate was going to arrive they we have that car since January 2023 and as of right now nothing has been received. All extra insurances and charges are unnecessary and they lie just to sell.
